Yard parking is located right off I-90’s Jane Adams Memorial Highway in Elgin, Illinois. Driver operation hours run Monday-Friday with weekends off to catch up with family and friends.

Job Qualifications:
Experience: Dispatch 2 years (Preferred)
Work Authorization: United States
Fluent in Spanish (Preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet)
Knowledge with Electronic Log Database
Ability to plan efficiently with drivers and equipment to provide excellent service
Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to high workflow
Must have a customer service attitude and be a team player
Negotiation skills are needed
Follow-up skills required
Must have strong communication skills and proper phone manners
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Must be able to coordinate and multi-task
Job Responsibilities Included:
Receive and dispatch orders
Manage customer and driver expectations to align with operational capabilities
Coordinating and managing the schedules of truck drivers
Managing efficient routes for traffic, weather, and route disruptions
Efficiently track daily route assignments to drivers
Ensuring material is picked up and delivered
Doing follow-ups with customers and drivers to ensure loads are completed as arranged with customers, and service standards are achieved
Reviewing truck drivers’ logs
Monitor performance and available hours of service
Making sure inspections are being done for pre and post trips
Receiving emergency and non-emergency calls
Assess situation and prioritize calls
Must be able to plan ahead
Staying organized while keeping records of paperwork and emails
Communicating and addressing any issues of the trucks with the mechanics
